My experience with Leaders Stowmarket is terrible, let me tell you why. After renewing rent contract for property managed by Leaders I was automatically switched from Scottish Power to Spark. I've contacted Leaders to explain the situation and get some answers, Miss Charlotte knew exactly what I was talking about, Leaders has a contract with Spark so every new tenant is transferred there (problem was I wasn't new tenant), I wasn't informed about this switch by Leaders either. Miss Charlotte apologise for not informing me and promised that she will sort out the problem and keep me updated. She called me same day and explained that she couldn't get through Sparks customer service and promised she will do it next day. That was about 3 weeks ago. Today I got bill form Spark for 139, with Scottish Power I paid 40 a month. Trying to call Leaders, answering machine. Would never rent from Leaders.
I would recommend Leaders to anyone! What a fantastic professional team! My wife and I are looking to rent out our property in a few years time and I can honestly say we will be using Leaders for this.Although we arent ready to rent out our property as of yet Bradley and his team have given us their honest opinion on where the rental market might be in a few years. Such a polite and friendly team. Thank you Bradley and team for making my wife and I feel so welcome!
Kind, approachable and the staff understood exactly what I was looking for. Hard to find a local agent that is honest and did what they said they would. Kept me upto date with new properties constantly from my first telephone call. Not so good from other agents in Stow some didnt even get back to me.
