Ordered twice from here now (we had hoped the first bad experience was a one-off, but sadly not!). The man who took our order over the phone both times didn't seem to be listening to what we wanted and it came with all the wrong salad. Both times we waited an hour and a half for delivery and had items missing from our order.The first time I was told the order came to 22, my partner went to the door and paid and when I asked for the change from my 30 was told the driver had said 30! That's either an 8 delivery charge or someone trying to mug us off!This time I was advised the food would be with us "45 mins max". We got a phone call 50 minutes after ordering saying minimum order for delivery was 30 and we needed to add 4 to our order. I said fine chuck on a tub of ice cream as we were starving! The owner says very rudely "next time say you live in Mendlesham yeah!?" And hangs up on me.Sorry I didn't realise that my address and postcode wasn't specific enough! Surely they have been in business long enough to have a grasp on local postcodes?20 minutes later the food arrives (along with a very sweet and apologetic delivery driver who clearly felt terrible) and the ice cream is missing. Called up to be told they have no ice cream (why the hell didn't he say that before and we would've ordered something else!?) and to come in and get it next time. There will be no next time.Being spoken to like dirt and overcharged twice is enough thanks.Sultan kebabs a few doors down are consistently good, amazing service, delicious food and they get your order just right. It's a shame they don't deliver, but would rather drive to them than deal with these cowboys again!
