My first interaction was when I rang to enquire about having heated seats fitted. The lady who answered the 'phone was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Although the company do a mobile service, I am local and so took my car to them. The service was first rate and I got a chance to see their premises, workmanship and staff. I was very impressed with what I saw. I was able to speak with the man who was going to do the job & discuss minor details like the siting of the switches. The workmanship was top notch and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Cheap it ain't, but I'm a great believer in the addage "you get what you pay for". I was not disappointed.
Asked for a price for a reversing camera for my VW Transporter 2 weeks ago. Had to phone 2 days later to ask again He was waiting for a price for a part. Never got back to me
