Gym has now became a lifestyle and this is because i feel comfortable going to body wise, its friendly and always smells so clean !! i didn't want to walk into a gym that smells of sweaty men lol Advice is always there if i need it.....but its also a place you can go and just get on and do your own thing. would definitely recommend.
As being new to the gym I was dreading it but the staff here are friendly, very helpful and give great advice. They also give helpful advice on supplements and diet.The range of equipment has everything I need to have a full workout and the selection of weights is more than enough.The sunbed rooms downstairs offer very good tanning too in a private and quiet atmosphere. This gym has a very personal feel to it and the other members are always friendly.Very reasonable membership fees and I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
