Awesome experience, Dentist Cheerag Raval, did 2 Molar extractions, over in minutes, worked quickly, speedily and absolutely no pain ever since. I have nothing bad to say, recetionist was lovely, surgery is nice, and this guy is an Awesome dentist. Totally happy with signing up here. Their care rivals my old private dentist. Excellent work.
Very disappointed I'm afraid. Joined the practice on Friday 12 October and left on Wednesday 17 October!Following a check up on the Friday, was advised to see the hygienist which was charged out at a private rate of 54.75 and had to be paid upfront. Was poorly over the weekend and Monday morning. Telephoned early Monday morning and left a message as was unable to attend. Tried to re-arrange the appoinment on Wednesday and was told had to pay again as two working days notice was not given.How can two working days notice be given prior to a Monday and following a first visit on the Friday!The practice were not prepared to accommodate me in any way.
When we moved to the area in 2017 this was the only one that was both local and accepting NHS patients. I am a nervous patient but both the nurse and practitioner put me at ease and the dentist provides advice, reassurance, treatment & progresses at my pace. The building is old & retains a lot of original features. The stairs are quite steep and occasional low ceiling. But I like it. I'm seen promptly and the treatment is good.
