Absolutely appalling service this morning! I had my little boy with me and all I wanted was some hooks. The woman charged me 10p for a massive sack when all I wanted was a normal sized bag and then she drops the hooks into the bag and says there yar not passing me the bag or anything and the handle was facing her. She had a grumpy face! Disgusting customer service !
Very poor customer service by Mrs Challis today and colleague team player skills. After being asked to assist on the till she served one person then decided she wasn't going to help the other people waiting for assistance. I asked if she would serve me, my order was on the side ready for collection but was told I would have to wait for the original girl who served me to become free, even though she was still busy serving other customers, myself and other customers were not impressed as she didn't seem to be doing anything.Another member of staff came from the back who had been busy bringing orders through and I asked her if she would serve me and agreed to straight away, I mentioned Mrs Challis and she confirmed that she had asked her to assist. Mrs Challis you are working in Argos not Harrods and if you feel it is beneath you, you shouldn't be working there at all not that you are much of a help to your poor busy colleagues who are rushed off their feet!!

Poor service and terrible customer service at enquires! Ordered in Stowmarket store XBox Game for my son for delivery next day between 7am-10am, as there was no stock at store. The delivery did not arrive, so I rang the 0345.. no. Provided on receipt, At 10am and was told it was picked and on its way. At 1 o'clock I called back was again told someone would call me back, no call came!. Called again and asked why no call back and that I had Tracked the order online which said the order had been delivered? which it hadnt! This time, I was told that the driver had gone off sick and Someone had confirmed the order as delivered.. not happy with lies being told to me on each call. I asked what happens now? They advised they would call Ipswich Depot and find out what's happened but as the order had been confirmed as delivered there was nothing they could do until they'd spoke to them, to see if it had been delivered to a neighbour. I explained we have been home all day and no argos delivery drivers have been on our road! Was told they'd check but will get delivered hopefully tomorrow. Saturday I called again at 130pm, Asked again about the order this time I am told they will compensate me with a 5.00 voucher, they would refund delivery (which was already free anyway as the order was over 40.00) this was for all the trouble - but I have to wait a further 24hr to get a text to confirm delivery! I asked if they could get delivered to store so I could collect it myself today Saturday .. was told No, as no stock and the fact it was confirmed as delivered by "sick driver"...Asked for a refund told not possible as been confirmed as delivered will have to wait for resolution total messing around by staff at enquires - ...Not Happy!!! ...next time I go directly to another store !
Usually Argos is really good but my partner brought an e-bike for cycling to work and after just a week, the battery is falling apart. A serious flaw in our opinion. He is going to try and get a refund later on today. I have also had a few phone chargers from Argos, all of which only lasted a month.
