Never leave bad reviews normally but utterly appalled by the service received here, my fianc booked me a 60 minute massage through Groupon for my birthday 2+ weeks ago, managed to get through to the shop after a few days of messages and calling being hung up on one to book my appointment with the text messager from the shop telling me "sorry nobody answered the phone, obviously she was busy!" to get a message a day before my booking telling me that due to a problem with Groupon (not specifying), all Groupon appointments where cancelled unless we wanted to pay full price, it was that or wait till January.Never encountered this kind of bad/amateur service before, will definitely not use this place and would advise everybody to try somewhere else.Sounds like they wanted the publicity Groupon provides but didn't want the discounted prices coming their way. Needless to say my fianc is utterly humiliated as this was a birthday gift for me.
Love having my nails done here. Very friendly and homely environment. Superb nails that last me ages. Never disappointed
